Ed Osgood
Co-Founder

Ed has been in the construction field since the 1970’s, with a specific focus in bathrooms since 2009. He has been specializing in walk-in safety tubs and showers since 2017 and enjoys improving the lives of his clients by offering the products and services that meet their needs. Over the years he has trained his sons on quality construction craftsmanship, and bathroom customization. He has been running his own successful construction company since 2005 and is highly respected by both customers and peers in the bathroom remodeling industry.

Derek Osgood
Co-Founder, Installation Technician &

Product Specialist

Derek started working with his father Ed in 1999, learning the construction trade during school breaks. He has been working in the field for 14 years, with a focus on remodels and new construction. He has also worked in product sales and has an extensive knowledge of how to customize bathrooms for both function and fashion. In the last few years, he has focused on walk-in showers and safety tubs, working in tandem with his father and brother Adam. His attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to overcome unexpected challenges makes him perfect for this team.

Adam Osgood
Co-Founder & Installation Technician

Adam, like Derek, has been working in the construction field on and off since the age of 13. He’s spent over 6 years in leadership roles within the building and hydrodynamics industry, with primary focus on customer satisfaction, operations efficiency, and team building. His roles in shipping, receiving, company logistics and organization help keep Emerald Bath Works running smoothly, and his positive attitude and team focus make him a vital member of the team.

Eva Lunnemann
Product Specialist

Eva comes to us with a background in management, human resources, sales, and the medical field. She currently divides her time between helping clients find the right showers and tubs to meet their needs and being a Registered Nurse in her community hospital. This varied history gives her a unique perspective on how to meet the differing health, safety, comfort, and aesthetic needs of our customers. Her open communication and compassionate nature make her easy to work with, and an asset to the team.
